Protecting your privacy is central to the services we provide as Lal Kitab astrologers, numerologists and Vaastu consultants. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit https://ekdantvaastuneumerovisionn.com (the "Site") or interact with us offline, including when you book consultations, make payments, or subscribe to updates.

If you do not agree with the practices described here, please do not access or use our Site or services.

1. Definitions

2. Scope & Governing Law

This Policy is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules 2011 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules 2011 of India. Where we process data of individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we will also comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

3. Types of Data We Collect

  1. Information You Provide Directly
    • Name, phone number, email address and message content collected via our Contact Us form.
    • Details you share during consultation booking, including birth details, numerological information and photographs (optional).
    • Billing, shipping and tax details (address, GST number) where relevant.
    • Razorpay transaction identifiers and the last four digits of your payment card when you pay the consultation fee of ₹1,100.
  2. Automatically Collected Information
    • IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring pages, time‑zone, and the pages you view (collected through Odoo and standard log files).
    • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6).
  3. Third‑Party Sources
    • Payment confirmations from Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay").
    • Analytics data (if we enable Google Analytics or equivalent in the future).

We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us immediately.

4. Purposes & Legal Bases for Processing

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our Site is hosted on the Odoo Website Builder platform, which uses first‑party session cookies for site functionality (e.g., maintaining your language preference, keeping you signed in) and may set additional cookies for analytics. We will always:

  1. Provide clear notice via a cookie banner the first time you visit;
  2. Allow you to opt‑out of non‑essential cookies; and
  3. Honour "Do Not Track" signals where technically feasible.

6. How We Share Your Information

Government authorities Where mandated by law, court order or to investigate fraud or security incidents.
Successors In the event of a merger, acquisition or restructuring. If so, we will notify you before your data becomes subject to a materially different Privacy Policy.

We never sell or rent your Personal Data to advertisers or other third parties.

7. International Transfers

Odoo may store or process data in multiple jurisdictions. Where we transfer Personal Data out of India or the EEA, we will rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses, intra‑group agreements, or your explicit consent.

8. Data Retention

We retain:

  • Consultation records and billing invoices for 8 years (Indian tax regulations).
  • Contact form submissions for up to 24 months or until your query is fully resolved, whichever is later.
  • Analytics logs for 26 months (Google default) unless you object sooner.
  • Cookies: session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain for a maximum of 12 months.

If you request deletion (see next section) we will anonymise or securely destroy your data, unless retention is required by law.

9. Your Rights

Subject to verification of your identity, you may:

  1. Access the Personal Data we hold about you;
  2. Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  3. Withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect processing already performed);
  4. Object to or restrict certain processing;

However, no Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. You accept a residual risk when you transmit data to us.

11. Links to Third‑Party Sites

The Site may contain links to social media profiles or external resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such third‑party sites.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time‑to‑time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements or our business processes. Material changes will be notified on the Site or by email (where possible) at least 7 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly.
